Our History

Joy of Christ Ministries

Joy of Christ Community Outreach International Ltd began in 2012 as a small indoor fellowship in Nkumba community, Entebbe driven by a deep hunger for prayer, the Word of God, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. What started with 5 believers gathering in a simple setting quickly became a place of spiritual growth, salvation, and transformation.

As the message of Jesus Christ spread, the fellowship grew beyond its original setting into a structured ministry with a clear mandate for evangelism and discipleship. Through street outreach, prayer meetings, youth engagement, and teaching of the Word, lives began to be consistently changed and strengthened in faith

🏠 Humble Beginnings

The ministry started as a small home fellowship of five people meeting in a sitting room, later moving outside under a tree as it grew. Through prayer, the Word of God, and the leading of the Holy Spirit, the fellowship developed into a ministry focused on transformation and discipleship.
